A local need.
A reason to build.

When the August 2024 floods hit Chauddagram, Cumilla — where my grandmother’s family lives — safe drinking water became an urgent need. The prototype I had been developing suddenly had a purpose far beyond the workshop.

My younger brother and I built ten additional units and brought them to approximately 100 flood-affected families. Research faculty helped guide our work; the community gave it meaning.

01 / The founder-time problem

Give founders
their time back.

I co-founded AgenticHire in December 2025 through the Young Founders Summit founder accelerator in Singapore. Conversations with other founders revealed the same problem: without an HR team, the first-round phone screen falls to the people who should be building the product.

We built a self-serve platform that takes over that initial technical screen, giving candidates a conversation on their own schedule and employers structured evidence to review.
